Terms & Conditions – Hang Out Beachbar

Article 1 – Definitions

Hang Out Beachbar: the hospitality business located in Bonaire offering food, drinks, and related services, including Table BBQ events.

Customer: any visitor, guest, or person making a reservation or using our services.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, purchases, and visits to Hang Out Beachbar, both online and on location in Bonaire (Caribbean Netherlands).

Article 3 – Reservations
  • Reservations can be made via our website.
  • A reservation is only valid after confirmation by Hang Out Beachbar.
  • Reservations for the Table BBQ (held on Thursdays) may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, unless stated otherwise.
  • Hang Out Beachbar reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Article 4 – Prices and Payment
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment can be made in cash, by debit/credit card, or online if available.
Article 5 – Beach Beds & Minimum Spend
  • Use of beach beds is free of charge.
  • A minimum spend of $25 per person applies when using the beach beds.
  • Hang Out Beachbar reserves the right to enforce this minimum spend policy.
Article 6 – Weather Conditions & Table BBQ
  • The Table BBQ experience is weather dependent.
  • Especially in September, October, and November, BBQ events may be affected by weather conditions such as strong winds.
  • For safety and comfort reasons (including smoke and sparks), Hang Out Beachbar reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or adjust the BBQ experience.
  • In such cases, we will aim to inform guests as soon as possible.
Article 7 – Liability
  • Hang Out Beachbar is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
  • Use of our facilities and participation in activities (including Table BBQ) is at your own risk.
Article 8 – House Rules and Conduct
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other visitors.
  • Dangerous behavior, nuisance, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
  • Hang Out Beachbar reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not comply with these rules, without refund if applicable.
Article 9 – Changes

Hang Out Beachbar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions or website content at any time. Changes may be made without prior notice.
